SummaryThe Restaurant Manager works as a key member of the restaurant to plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of the restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilitieso Arrange for all equipment maintenance and repairs, and coordinate services.
o Assess staffing needs and recruit staff.
o Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure correct use of food and timely preparation.
o Monitor purchasing, storage, preparation, cooking, handling and serving of all food and beverage products to ensure correct recipe, portion and specification standards.
o Enforce standards for personnel performance and customer service.
o Estimate food, liquor, beer, and wine consumption for purchasing needs.
o Act as support system for all areas of the restaurant.
o 100% table visitation enforced at all times.
o Monitor budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions to ensure that expenditures are authorized and budgeted.
o Monitor compliance with and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
o Organize and direct training programs within the restaurant.
o Schedule staff hours and assign dutieso Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitationo Ensure highest quality levels of products and serviceso Teach, train, and live the Operational Absoluteso Follow up with hourly staff on Daily Cleaning Calendar responsibilitieso Fill out all required shift checklists and follow up on opportunities discoveredo Complete other duties as assigned in support of the business.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
