Main Job Duties:
Working with other maintenance staff to maintain curb a clean community Vacuuming, and cleaning common areas, halls and laundry rooms.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent Must be able to use, carry and wear 30lb back pack vacuum up 3 flights of stairs Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs and work safely with different cleaning agents.
Valid driver's license Previous work experience in related field a plus Resident focused; a self-starter and reliable team member Candidate must be able to work independently, but be team oriented Ability to regularly walk, climb, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods.
Ability to work outside and regularly exposed to all weather elements including extreme cold or heat, rain, sleet and snow.
