This position will perform a variety of tasks necessary for preparation, processing and packaging of food and non-food products.

Set up, operate, tear down and clean food processing machinery.
Ability to work safely and productively for entire 12 hour shift.
Ability to work in varying environments (hot, cold/freezing, dry, wet, dusty, noisy, etc.
).
Perform general production tasks as needed, including, but not limited to:
Washing trays Placing product onto trays Lifting and lowering trays onto racks and carts Dumping product from trays into hoppers Inspection of fresh or processed product on conveyor belts Direct small crews of employees performing general production tasks.
Maintain a high standard of process and product quality.
Effectively communicate with crews, Shift Coordinators and Team Supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS Previous manufacturing and/or food production experience desired.
Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts (7am - 7pm and/or 7pm - 7am), including weekends and holidays.
Oregon Freeze Dry runs a 2-2-3 rotating 12 hour shift schedule.
This creates automatic, built in overtime.
